First, we recommend setting up online payment with Stripe, so that your clients can pay digitally. No terminal is needed.

Before being able to manage bookings and payments for artists with your Studio Account, or better yet – have them manage themself – you need to invite and activate them. This guide will teach you how.

Will you work as an Artist and a Studio Manager? First Invite yourself with the same email address you're registered with, accept and activate.

A user can both be a Studio Manager and work as an Artist in your studio.

When the client gets notifications about their sessions via email/SMS, your contact information and address will be visible.

Studio rent is based on the artist's commission, here you will have an overview and can invoice artists for studio rent.

(Balances are available after you have activated online payments)

🏚 Accept an invitation from a studio.
If you work at a studio, and they have invited you to Linework, check your email and accept the invite. Remember to check the spam folder if you can not find it.
