How to register client deposit/credit

A deposit will be registered to the client. You can choose when to use the client deposit as payment for a session.

If the client doesn't show up for the session, you can 'forfeit' their deposit to compensate.

How to register deposits

  1. Open the Calendar and click New Deposit

2. Type the name of the client, email/phone, and the deposit amount

3. Click Add payment

4. Choose Online or Cash and click Start Payment

Option One QR code
1. The client will need to scan the QR code with the camera on the phone

2. When the client scans the QR code with their camera, they will need to click the yellow link

3. The client will then need to fill out their card information and click Pay
If the client wants a Receipt they can activate the Email button.

On your computer, the accepted payment will look like this:

Option two - Send a payment link by email or SMS:

1. Activate Email and/or SMS then click Send Checkout Link

If you choose Email, the email the client will receive will look like this
The email will be sent from tattoo@getlinework.com

When the client click Go to payment, they will need to fill out their card information
