All Studio Plan subscriptions have one studio manager seat included. If you have had two or more manager seats in your subscription and now want to scale down, this article will show you how to do it.

How to remove manager seats
1. Go to Studio Settings in the navigation menu
2. Click Subscription & Billing.
3. Click the blue 'Adjust seats' button.
You will see a list of your current manager seats.
If all of the seats are occupied,
Uncheck the manager you are going to remove.
Click the 'minus'-button to reduce the number of seats.
After reducing you will see the price on the right has changed.
Click 'Next: Payment information'
Your card details are already pre-filled. Click the pen if you need to edit.
Click 'Next: Review'.
Double-check that everything looks fine.
Click 'Complete purchase' and you're done!
The scheduled downgrade is displayed under 'Plan details'. You will keep the number of manager seats until the end of your current billing period. Managers will also keep their access throughout this period unless you deactivate them on the Managers page.
When managers lose their access a message will show when they try to launch the studio from the dashboard. As a primary owner, you can reactivate the managers at any time to bring them back to your studio account.
