All Studio Plan subscriptions have a studio manager seat included. However, you can expand your subscription and add additional studio manager seats if you want more than one person to manage your studio through Linework. In this article, we will show you how to do it.

How to add manager seats
There are three ways to add one or more manager seats to your Studio Plan:
a. Through subscription settings
b. Through manager invitations
c. By reactivating previous managers
a. Add seats through subscription settings
Go to Studio Settings in the navigation menu
Click Subscription & Billing.
Click the blue 'Adjust seats' button.
Click the 'plus'-button to add extra seats
You can now see that you have '1 empty seat' and that the seat is added to the subscription price.
Click 'Next: payment information'
Your card details will be pre-filled from the subscription purchase. Click the pen to edit.
Click 'Next: Review'.
Double-check that everything looks fine.
Click 'Complete purchase' and you're done!
Any additional seats you add during your subscription period will be billed for the remaining subscription time only. You can see the invoice on the subscription overview page.

b. Add seats through manager invitations
This is the fastest way to add extra studio managers to your Studio Plan. In this way, you invite new managers and expand your Studio Plan subscription in one go.
1. Go to Managers in the navigation menu
2. Click 'Invite manager'
3. Add the email address and choose the studio role. Read about roles.
4. Click 'Confirm seat upgrade and send invitation'.
5. Done! An additional manager is added and your subscription is updated. The new manager only has to accept the invitation. You can also resend or delete the invitation.
The additional seats you add during your subscription period will be billed for the remaining subscription time only. You can see the invoice on the subscription overview page.
c. Add seats by reactivating previous managers
If you have a deactivated studio manager in your list of managers, you can reactivate them and at the same time include an extra seat in your Studio Plan subscription.
Note: If you already have an empty seat, an additional seat will not be added to your subscription.
1. Go to Managers and click the options menu on the deactivated manager.
2. Click the only option: 'Activate manager'
3. Confirm the seat upgrade
4. Done! Your subscription is upgraded.
