This guide covers creating an appointment as a Studio Manager.
First of all, to book sessions for an artist, the artist must be connected to your studio. This is how:
Now you can book appointments for your artist:
Step 1 – Select the time for the appointment
In your calendar, locate the artist you want to book an appointment for, hover your mouse cursor on the time you would like the appointment to begin, then click, hold and drag out the desired time slot.
Step 2 – Select appointment type
You will now see the Create New sidebar open on the right.
Click on the appointment type you would like to create.
You can choose between Tattoo session or Consultation
If you would like to block a time slot to mark out time where artist is not available, create a time block
Step 3 – Add optional appointment details
Before creating your appointment, you can optionally add a client and assign a project to the session, in addition to edit price you're expecting for the session
Step 4 – Create your appointment
Once you are happy with the session details – click Create and you are done!
Client notifications
When the appointment is created – as long as this appointment is in the future – you will get a prompt to send booking notifications to your client.
Step 3 – Choose if you want the client to receive a notification
Done! The session will look like this in the calendar for you as a studio manager
