How to cancel the Studio Plan subscription

This article will show you how to cancel your Linework Studio subscription.

Managing a Linework subscription is made to be easy. As a studio owner, you can always:

✔️ Cancel at any time.

✔️ Add or remove manager seats whenever you want.

✔️ Reactivate your subscription in a few clicks.

How to cancel in 3 steps

1 Go to Studio Settings in the navigation menu and select Subscription & Billing.

Here you see an overview of your studio plan, payment details, and invoice history. If you don't see Studio Settings in the menu, it's because your role is 'Manager'. The studio settings are currently only accessible to owners.

2 Scroll down and click the big, red 'Cancel subscription' button.

Don't worry. A popup will appear and ask you to confirm.

3 Confirm and you're done!

As it states in the popup, you can continue using Linework as normal until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. The subscription expiration date is displayed under Plan details.


🧐 Yes, you can click the Re-activate button and renew your subscription in no-time.

🤔 Do you want to keep your studio subscription, but change the number of manager seats instead? Look for the 'Adjust seats' button under Plan details.
