Note: Creating and managing aftercare instructions can only be done in Linework for the web. Once one or more aftercare instructions are activated, sending instructions can be done either on the web by managers and artists, or as an artist with the Linework app for iOS and Android.
How to set up Aftercare Instructions with an Artist account:
When you are logged in on the desktop version of Linework in your browser - click "Settings"
Choose "Aftercare instructions" in the menu
Click "New instruction" - From here you can either create one from scratch or start from Linework's fully editable example template.
Give your Aftercare Instruction a title. This title will only be visible to you. If you plan on having several Aftercare Instructions to choose from when sending one to a client (you can have up to 3 active at the same time), it's helpful to give your instructions recognizable titles.
Edit the content of your Aftercare Instruction.
Once you're done – Click 'Save and close'. You can always edit your instruction later.
Activate your instruction when you are ready to start using it to send out to clients. Do that by clicking the toggle button on the Aftercare Card.
You are now ready to send out Aftercare Instructions to your clients!
Note that you can have up to 3 active Aftercare Instructions at any time. This lets you create different instructions for different styles, skin types or body parts tattooed – use this ability wisely!
