If you're having problems logging in to the app, we have gathered some tips for you

If you can not login to the app, we have a few suggestions that can help you


1. Is there an error message?:

"Could not find user"

This means that the email is wrong.

-Are you not sure which email you used to register?

Check your inboxes, and search for linework, remember to check your spam folder

You should find an activation email, the email this was sent to, is your Linework login email user.

-Try to log in via a browser on a computer at https://app.linework.com

-You don't have a user? Register at https://app.linework.com/signup in a browser to log in thru the app.

"Incorrect password"

This means the password is wrong

-Try to click the eye icon to the right of the password, this way you will see the password and can check that it is written correctly.

-Try to create a new password by using this guide


2. Quit and reopen the app

How to quit: swipe up on the app, and all the way so it disappears. Then reopen the app by going thru your home screen


3. Reinstall the app
